I started With this old cargo trailer
First removing the old cargo pod
picking up the plywood from home depo
Cutting it to size
Making the bottom panel and giving it 4 cotes of clear epoxy to water proof the ply bottom from the weather
checking it all fits
panting and staining the plywood from the weather
starting the Building of the structure
Placing the Roof on all made out of 1/2 inch ply wood
Last top coat of epoxy to weather proof it
Fitting out the interior with boat port hole windows with fly netting as it was summer and the Miskito's were terrible
Cupboards for clothing and storage with led lighting
Improvised Kitchen made from all reclaimed camping gear
The testing Biggins though 25 states of the USA
It lasted 10.000km and then my journey was over so i gave it to a local to give to someone that had no house to live in.
